Sewing Suits - for the Kohanim

About a year ago a Jew from Ukraine came to the Machon HaMikdash (the Temple Institution) and gave an undisclosed donation for the specific use of reconstructing the Kohanim's garments for the third Bet HaMikdash. For the first time in 2,000 years, a new factory has been established in Yerushalayim for sewing the special garments of the Kohen by Machon HaMikdash.

In all corners of the world began the search for the perfect textile for this project. The clothing of the Priestly garments must be made from white linen thread interwoven into 6-ply linen thread. These unique threads could only be custom made and after searching for it all over the world, including Italy, Ireland, Belgium, United States and more, a texile factory was finally found in India. After much persuasion to have the factory prepare this special threads, a deal was cut.

After a few months of anticipation for the threads, the ship finally arrived in Israel with the special threads. The threads were processed in Gadera in order to prepare it for the weaving. The next step was to take the woven threads to a special factory in Tel Aviv and have it inserted into the weaving machine. After many weeks of trials and tribulations, it was finally successful and now the material is ready to be sewn. Special sewing machines were ordered as well as cutting tables, irons, measuring mannequins, and more.

The Halacha requires that each Priestly garments must be properly sized on the Kohen and since not everyone is the same size and height, each set of the Priestly garment must be custom made. 120 sets of the Kohanim's garments will be made, including the robe, turban, sach, and pants.

"Kohanim that will order a set of the Priestly garment according to their size will receive their Priestly wardrobe by Succot, b'h. Each Kohen that will receive the complete Priestly wardrobe set, should know that it's Halachically Kosher and can be worn when the third Bet HaMikdash will be built," says the president of Machon HaMikdash.

Economy Turns Sour; Anti-Semitism Increases

Reb Gershon's Dreams of Sept. 26, 2006
...I was shown the US prior to the Holocaust. In the "vision", I saw a great rally where the president was basking in the glory of the US and boasting how great the USA country is.

Then I was shown a map of Europe and I was told that anti-semitism was on the rise and the map was rapidly turning into the color red - blood.

In the dream, the Jews of Europe were confident that they were safe and will not be harmed. They were convinced that nothing will happen, and if anything, somewhere else. But Europe was now being controlled by anti-semitism. American Jews were also feeling confident and kept saying, it's not going to affect us.

Then I was shown a a map of present USA. The country is becoming anti-semitic very rapidly. Arizona's state was in red and it was spreading from the south to the north and very rapidly, the entire map turned red. Jews were still in denial, saying it's not going to affect us. But, they are wrong. Anti-Semitism is growing and will spread all over, everywhere. Not only that, the economy is soon going to collapse and this will be ignite anti-semitism. I saw auto-makers going bankrupt, businessmen going out of business, and homeless Americans and all are so poor.

All over in America the blame was placed on the Jews. The anti-semitism fire was catching on and although the government attempted to calm the people, the American public went ballistic. They believed that the government was filled with Jews and this made them even angrier.

The Reality:
While the subprime mortgage crisis roils the market, a profusion of anti-Semitic rhetoric has exploded against companies like Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers Holdings on online message boards maintained by Yahoo.

"The Jews at Goldman are responsible for high oil prices," one user on a Yahoo message board for Goldman Sachs wrote recently. "Yeah, not one word from the media about how the greedy Jews have brought this whole financial mess on the world. Wonder why that is?" said another poster on a message board for Lehman Brothers Holdings.

On the site, banks that are attacked also include Washington Mutual, with comments like, "No wonder the Germans hate Jews so much. Just for making a dime, they are willing to destroy and ruin the country which gives them shelter."

A commenter calling himself hochithul said on a site for Goldman Sachs, "Jew banks will get destroyed by shorts," referring to short sellers. "Jews stick together like mud and love to pat themselves on the back," prudentman007 wrote on the same site. Lehman Brothers is also under attack, with someone named dontputsaltonmypepper noting, "Them Jews are sneaky bastards."

They Provoke HIM

In the post Past, Present, & Future, it was explained in detail how every passuk of our holy Torah tells us about the corresponding year of past, present, and future.

By Divine Providence, I happen to look at this post and was shocked to read this year's passuk from our holy Torah...

7th year: מלחמות Wars

Corresponding to the year 5768/2008 (Ha'azinu Chapter 32;16)

יַקְנִאֻהוּ, בְּזָרִים; בְּתוֹעֵבֹת, יַכְעִיסֻהוּ
They roused Him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations they provoke Him.

RaSHI, zs'kl, says on abominations: במעשים תעובים, כגון משכב זכר
Abhorrent action, such as homosexuality

Cause of Tragedies

It's not always easy to see Divine Providence. But with hurricane Katrina, many saw the Hand of G.od. But there was more Divine Providence many are not aware of...

On August 29, 2005, a hurricane named Katrina crossed over Florida and hit New Orleans with all its might. Most people know New Orleans because of its famous "French Quarter". In the last few years, the French Quarter became the center for gays, which included bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. For the past 34 years an annual festival for gays is held in this city, including a parade - the kind of parade that they want to hold in Yerushalayim tomorrow, r'l.

In 2005, this festival was scheduled to be held from August 30 thru Sept. 5. They named this celebration the "Southern Decadence Parade", and thousands were scheduled to be part in this biggest homosexual event. In 1997, more than 50,000 people joined this festivities and by 2004, over 125,000 took part in the Southern Decadence Parade.

A few days before the homosexual festivities were scheduled to begin, hurricane Katrina in all its fury destroyed the city and ended the annual sin celebrations. New Orleans went underwater and the famous gay French Quarters drowned in its own sewage. Even the largest homosexual dancing club was washed away and the gay headquarters with people with the deadly AIDS disease couldn't get any medical help. Instead of homosexual celebrations, the city was infested with looters that stole everything possible.

(The picture is advertisement for the gay parade in New Orleans)

The celebration turned into destruction. On Sunday, August 28, hurricane Katrina broke every levee in metro New Orleans, subsequently flooding 80% of the city. 2 days before the Southern Decadence Parade, the largest lust celebration, was scheduled to begin.

On Tuesday morning, August 30, the morning the homosexuals celebration was scheduled to begin, hurricane Katrina breached the dams of the French Quarter causing it to sink in its own sewage.

"מפני מה באין זועות לעולם? אמר רבי אחא: בעון משכב זכור. אמר הקב"ה: אתה זיעזעת איברך על דבר שאינו שלך, חייך שאני מזעזע עולמי על אותו האיש"
Talmud Yerushalami, Masechet Brachot, chapter 9
"Why do tragedies befall on the world? Rabbi Echa says: Because of the sin of homosexuality. HKB'H says: You shook your organ on something that does not belong to you, I swear, I'll shake My world on this person"

בראשית רבה, פרשה כו:
" אמר רבי שמלאי בכל מקום שאתה מוצא זנות אנדרלומסיה באה לעולם והורגת טובים ורעים."
Says Rabbi Shmali: In every place you find prostitution, chaos comes to the world and kills good and evil.

Provoking Judgment

Guest post by Elisheva

Monday, June 16: California officials began issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples after state Supreme Court ruling legalizing the ceremonies took effect. The same-sex marriages in California began just after 8 a.m. Pacific time, with the opening of the clerk’s office.

3 days later...

Weekend June 20-22: An electrical storm unleashed nearly 8,000 lightning strikes that set more than 800 wildfires across Northern California. The lightning-caused fires have scorched tens of thousands of acres and forced hundreds of residents to flee their homes. The lightning storm struck California when the state is experiencing one of its driest years on record.

Fire crews joined aircraft from neighboring states Tuesday to battle hundreds of lightning-caused wildfires across Northern California. 'This doesn't bode well for the fire season,' said Ken Clark, a meteorologist in Southern California. 'We're not even into the meat of the fire season at this point, and the brush is extremely dry. It's not going to get any better, it's going to get worse.'

The blazes have scorched tens of thousands of acres and forced hundreds of residents to flee. 'You're looking at a pattern that's climatologically rare. We typically don't see this happen at this time of summer,' said John Juskie, a science officer with the National Weather Service in Sacramento. 'To see 8,000, that's way up there on the scale.'

If this is the result of gay marriage permitted in California, sin state of the USA, what will happen to Israel, the Holy Land, and around the world if the Parade takes place inside the palace of HKB'H????

Autistic Message: Peak of Chutzpah

A message from Menachem, June 19th 2008

We are now in a time where the world is filled with chutzpah (insolence). We know from the holy prophecies that this will occur in the period prior to the coming of Moshiach [see Sanhedrin 97] - and now we are living in that period in time. The chutzpah has become unbearable. We are living in a time where a terrible chutzpah has spread throughout every place in the world. This chutzpah crosses every limit. And Chutzpah is about to reach a peak if, G-d forbid, the impure parade [the gay parade scheduled to happen in Jerusalem] takes place.

A group of degenerates that blatantly goes against the Torah in front of the whole world, in all their chutzpah want to come to the place of the Holy Temple, it doesn't matter if it's not on that specific street, it is in the city Jerusalem, the Holy Land, deliberately in the Holy Land, to bluntly go against Hashem!

And we, the Jewish people, remain silent. But this silence is screaming up to Heaven. The silence of the Jews is shouting up to Heaven and bringing down a flood of tears. Here, in Jerusalem, the Holy City, the city of David, Dovid Hamelech [King David], a group of people transgressing one of the most serious transgressions in the Torah, parading in order to praise their sin and say to G-d, "You are not the boss anymore", G-d forbid, "We do whatever we please." Meanwhile, the believers, the observant Jews remain silent.

Why are we silent? Many "reasons” are being given. One “reason” is that one mustn't pull boys out of their yeshivas to face such impurity. There is another “reason”, which is that it won't help to speak up in any case. The final and primary “reason” is that people simply want quiet.

But this will not go over quietly. If it happens, it won't go over quietly. Hashem Himself will punish us directly, because of this, G-d forbid, because this is the last straw, the final insult.

There will be a punishment from Shamayim [Heaven]. Don't be surprised, a punishment will come.

Those who actually do something to prevent this will not feel this punishment.

But those who remain silent because they feel uncomfortable, or because of all sorts of reasons that are simply not good enough, and the actual people who with all their nerve, immodestly transgress a sin that is completely immodest and obscene, one which is particularly detestable in Hashem's eyes, these people will very strongly feel the wrath of the Master of the World.

Am Yisrael, Am Yisrael, the end is coming; it is approaching with lightning speed. Everyone can already see this.

The world is on the brink of world war. In this war,the most cruel weapons will be used, the harshest weapons of destruction ever recorded in history. Biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons in large quantities. The last war will be the biggest and most merciless ever - something mankind never saw before. According to the prophecies, 2/3 of the world will be destroyed.
''וְהָיָה בְכָל הָאָרֶץ נְאֻם ה' פִּי שְׁנַיִם בָּהּ יִכָּרְתוּ יִגְוָעוּ וְהַשְּׁלִשִׁית יִוָּתֶר בָּהּ'' (זכריה יג
And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, says HaShem, two parts shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be remain. (Zechariah 13:8)

The world is on the brink of collapse also as far as nature goes, between the Tsunami and the destruction of New Orleans caused by a hurricane, and all sorts of earthquakes etc., which have brought about the deaths of millions of people, in China, in Burma – all over the world. Prices of food throughout the world has skyrocked.

We see that the world is shaking, financially, physically - shaking from all the natural disasters, from the wars taking place throughout the world and especially from the terrible, vast war that is about to take place.

Woe to us, woe to us! Such a low generation, such a pathetic generation, a twisted generation, such a dirty generation, a generation that cannot tell the difference between good and bad, between mutar [permitted] and asur [forbidden], a generation that does not respect teachers, righteous people – Tzaddikim, the Torah and the mitzvos and generally does not respect Hashem, blessed be He.

They do not respect Hashem, the One who created and redeemed us, Who gives us air to breathe, food and every other necessity and asks of us only one thing - to do His will: to keep His mitzvos, come close to Him and trust that He is the Omnipotent. He gives us life and sustains us up until the very last day [of our lives] and even after that.

Every person who wants to be saved and merit receiving our righteous Moshiach is going to have to do complete teshuva [repentance]. Hashem is willing to accept every ba'al teshuva [repenting person] and is willing to receive and welcome them back into His home and give them Eternal Life.

But every person who wants to be saved must also ask Hashem clearly with all his heart, his entire being, for the complete Redemption, our righteous Moshiach and Beis Hamikdash and must be willing to wholeheartedly accept the Yoke of Heaven. Only such a person will be redeemed.

Dedicated to Tzipora bas Chana for a refuah shleima

Message of the Rainbow

HaShem created a flood that lasted for forty days and nights in order to purify the world from its inhabitants. When the flood waters subsided, it wiped clean of sentient life, with the exception of Noah, his family, and the animals. HaShem established a covenant with the world not to destroy it by flood again. The sign of this covenant is the rainbow.

The Talmud (Chagiga 16a) lists a series of items that one may not stare at, and for which the penalty is blindness. These items include the moon, the hands of the kohanim (priests) at the time of their blessing the congregation, and the rainbow. One who stares at these forbidden items, says the Talmud, "has no compassion for his Creator."

In fact the Shulchan Aruch 229:1 (Code of Jewish Law) states clearly that, "one who sees the rainbow amidst the clouds, makes the blessing, "blessed are You, G-d Lord of the Universe, Who remembers the covenant, is faithful regarding the covenant and fulfills His word", and it is forbidden to stare at it further.

When one sees a rainbow, it is a direct message from HaShem to rouse to do Teshuva (Sforno, zs'kl).

Is it any wonder that the gay movement chose the rainbow as its symbol? HaShem is LOUDLY telling these people - DO TESHUVA or else suffer the consequences. The colors of the gay pride flag are red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and lilac. Each color signifies a separate metaphysical mode: Red is the attribute of harsh judgment...

According to our Sages, no rainbow appeared during the lifetime of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, zs'kl, as his righteousness sweetened all Divine judgements.

Unfortunately, the world does not understand HaShem's message and the world's population had become twisted and depraved beyond repair.

For those that do see the message, we can clearly understand what Kadosh Tzaddik Rav Avraham Azulai, zs'l, writes, "At the end of the year 5,760 (the latest possible date of 5760 is end of 5769) since the creation of the world, the Pasuk from Zechariah 13;2 "וְאֶת-רוּחַ הַטֻּמְאָה, אַעֲבִיר מִן-הָאָרֶץ and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land" will occur.

Holy War Against Pride Parade

Comments via email:

1. We see in this week's parsha Hashem says, "Separate yourselves from Korach." Chazal say that if they didn't make an action of separation, they would have been considred as if they were part of it and would have been killed too. We need to post every Fax and Email of every Israeli official and hound them to stop this abomination. Even if we are not effective at least we would have separated ourselves from them.

2. We need to be an Am K'shei Oref. They can bring it back to court by public outrage or to force them to do it in a building. Just Don't Give Up!

3. In the most recent post, you are wishing individuals harm and I don't think that speaks well for anyone. We want them to do Tshuva and not give in to their tendencies and try to influence others through this abominable behavior. Certainly we need to daven and beseech the Almighty that the parade not take place in Yerushalayim, but wishing death is not proper for Yidden. Hashem should have mercy on all of us that this parade be rescinded and never happen.

3. In your most recent post, it finishes by saying, "May all homosexuals die painfully and miserably from horrible diseases- AMEN!"

I understand that their is Din (judgment) that must be rendered to the world, and that the impurities that exist must be removed. That is the reality we must be truthful about and the reality we want!.

However, the Egyptians represented the deepest levels of tumah and yet when the angels wanted to sing at their destruction, Hashem prevented them because He wouldn't let them when his creatures (the Egyptians) were dying. That's an amazing thing!! The love of Hashem is boundless! Hashem even wanted teshuva from Pharoah & the Egyptians.

So when I see the above statement at the end of the post, I wonder if it would be better to say, "May all homsexuals do immediate teshuva, and if not, may the tumah be removed from the earth- AMEN!"

I say that may be better, because I wonder if leaving the final statement as it is will strike a bad note with someone who is seriously pondering teshuva (even from homosexuality). Not because they don't agree that impurity should be removed, but because they feel we should hope for the best for each Jew. In some cases, maybe death is the best thing (G-d forbid it has to be that way), but the Alter Rebbe, zs'kl, writes in the Tanya that we only hate the negativity within the person, not the person themself (besides heretics).

Our approach should be chesed, because even Din is from Chesed. Don't get me wrong, sometimes we have to be like Pinchas, zs'kl, and get out the spear! Although we should be zealous for Hashem, I think sometimes that zealousness includes being careful how we present certain messages & ideas at times. The truth is that the impurities will cease, and thats what we want. But as far as our expression is concerned in this case, if someone had a child or sybling, etc. who was earnestly struggling with homosexuality, would we be as quick to say (or should we say), "May all homosexuals die painfully and miserably from horrible diseases- AMEN!" or fight to make them see their error before the worst happens?

We pray for Geulah B'Rachamim and for Hashem to forgive our daily sins without the worst having to happen. We don't pray that Hashem should make us suffer with the other kind of Geulah. So should we limit that prayer to ourselves and not those who need it the most? Is their a slight contradiction there? I don't have the end-all answer. I won't get into a Chassidus vs. Mussar thing, because they are both right and holy. And I also know some souls respond to Gevurah more. But, from personal experience I've seen that Gevurah doesn't strike a chord as well as chesed.

But, I could be wrong about everything I'm saying! I just wanted to share my perspective.

4. B"H

THERE WAS A TIME OF PEACE, A TIME OF PROSPERITY....
G. OD APPEASED, CHOSE A KING FOR HIS PEOPLE, A CITY TO ESTABLISH HIS DWELLING PLACE.
IT WAS NOT A DREAM, NOR A TALE.

CHILDREN AND ELDERS, MEN AND WOMEN MERCHANTS AND SCHOLARS, COHANIM, LEVYIM AND ALL ISRAEL WERE GIVEN THE PROMISED LAND OF ISRAEL AND THE RIGHT TO SETTLE THERE.

AFTER YEARS AND YEARS OF BONDAGE AND SUFFERING IN EGYPT, AFTER WANDERING FOR FORTY YEARS IN THE DESERT, AFTER BATTELING AGAINST THEIR SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL ENEMIES, THEY, AT LAST COULD INHABIT THE LAND OF ISRAEL.

JERUSALEM, CITY OF SPLENDOR, WAS A REALITY!
REALITY, HEAVENLY GRANTED BY THE G. OD OF ISRAEL WHO INDEED, RESIDED AMONG HIS PEOPLE.
SO I WAS TOLD, SO I LEARNED, SO I BELIEVE,
AND FOR SOME INTUITIVE AND MYSTICAL REASONS
I BELIEVE I WAS THERE, AS I BELIEVE WE WERE ALL THERE, ONLY BECAUSE WHEN WE RECEIVED THE TORAH, WE CHOSE TO SAY: " NAASSE VE NISHMAH ".

TODAY, I AM STILL IN CHOUTZ LA ARETZ. IT IS MY SUFFERING,
BUT I OFFER IT WITH JOY TO MY G. OD, AS AN OFFERING, AN ATONEMENT FOR THE TIME I DIDN'T WANT TO LONG FOR MY LAND, FOR A TIME I THOUGHT THE LAND WAS NOT APPEALING, AND DID SAY (FORGIVE ME MY KING) THAT I WOULD CHOOSE " WHAT'S GOOD FOR MY LIFE ".

SO...

SHOULD I FORGET JERUSALEM (c’v)? SHOULD I MAKE MYSELF AT HOME IN A COUNTRY THAT OFFERS ME THE BEST IN MATTER OF MATERIALITY?
REALLY, SHOULD I NOT MAKE THE BEST OF IT?

I ALREADY LEFT MY FAMILY IN ONE PLACE, MY FRIENDS IN FEW OTHERS WHERE I LIVED... WHY SHOULD I BOTHER NOW, WITH THINKING DAY AND NIGHT RELOCATING AGAIN, IN A DIFFICULT COUNTRY THAT RUNS ITS LIFE THROUGH WAR, INSECURITY, UNEMPLOYEMENT.

WHY MAKING MY LIFE DIFFICULT IN THINKING THAT I MUST
KEEP BUSY, TRYING TO PRESERVE THE SANCTITY OF JERUSALEM?
WHY SPENDING MY FREE TIME WRITING TO ALL OF YOU HOW PRECIOUS IS OUR LAND, HOW HOLY JERUSALEM IS, AND HOW RESPONSIBLE WE ARE OF ITS FATE? YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T WAIT FOR ME TO RING YOUR BELL!!!

DARN!... I OFTEN SAY TO MYSELF, I HAVE A FAMILY TO TAKE CARE OF... THIS SUMMER I DREAM OF LOSING WEIGHT, GO TO THE SWIMMING POOL, DECLUTTER THE HOUSE, AND WRITE A FICTION!
WHY SHOULD I STICK BY MY COMPUTOR FOR SOMETHING
I CAN'T CHANGE BY MYSELF AND FROM HERE?
DOES THAT RESPONSIBILITY, WEIGHT ON MY SHOULDERS ALONE? DO I THINK I AM SO KIND OF SUPERWOMAN?

ALL THOSE POINTS COULD HAVE BEEN RELEVANT, BUT THE TRUTH IS... I MISS THE STREETS OF JERUSALEM, THE SPECIAL SMELL OF THE CITY, THE SWEETNESS OF THE AIR, THE CHILDREN RUNNING AND SCREAMING, THEIR SONGS AND THE SOUND OF ALEF - BEIT COMING FROM YESHIVOT, THE PIOUS WHISPERING OF TALMID HAHAM WHEREVER THEY ARE TO BE FOUND.
I MISS THE RESOUNDING HOU-HA OF THE KOTEL OF SHABBAT AND YOM TOVIM DAYS, AND I CERTAINLY MISS TALKING THERE TO MY FATHER IN HEAVEN.

THERE, I FEEL SPIRITUALY ALLIGNED, PSYCHOLOGICLY CENTERED, EMMOTIONNALY AT HOME, WITH NO MORE DESIRE TO FLEE ANYWHERE ELSE TO TRY TO FIND BETTER, MORE VALUABLE, MORE INSPIRING...
THERE, I AM " PERSONA GRATA ", GREETED, AWAITED WHEREVER I GO, WHENEVER I WANT, WHOEVER I MEET.

BECAUSE THERE IS G.OD, WITH HIS EYES TURNED TO HIS HOLY CITY FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF THE YEAR.
THERE, IS A REALITY BEHOND PERCEPTION, SOMETIMES REVEALED IN OPEN MIRACLES.
THIS IS FOR ME THE PROMISE OF A BIGGER REALITY THAT I AM AWITING EVERY DAY, AND I BELIEVE WILL COME, SOON IF NOT NOW.

I CANNOT, B'H, FORGET JERUSALEM.
I CANNOT FORGET THAT IN ORDER TO DESERVE TO WALK THE STREET OF MY PROMISED LAND, I MUST LONG FOR IT.

MY ONLY SOLUTION IS AT LEAST TO PRAY,
SOMETIMES READING TEHILIM,
SOMETIMES WITH MY OWN WORDS,
MORNING OR NIGHT,
CRYING OR SINGING TO THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERS. SOMETIMES TO SHOW SOME REMORSE FOR NOT DOING MORE, SOMETIMES TO SHOW SOME GRATITUDE,
TO BE ABLE TO DO SO.

YES PEOPLE, MY PEOPLE, MY FELLOW JEWS, THERE IS A TIME TO CRY, AND A TIME TO REJOICE.
PLEASE LONG WITH WORDS OF LOVE,
FOR A PROUD, AND A HOLY CITY!
DO WHATEVER YOU CAN,
SO WE COULD DANCE SOON IN THE STREET OF JERUSALEM.

A new report presented to the Health Ministry recently indicated a concerning rise in the number of HIV positive homosexuals living in Israel. According to the report, the number of people infected by the HIV virus within the sector in the past year has gone up by a staggering 80%.

Nations of the World VS. ISRAEL

In the handwriting of Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heshel of Apta, zs'kl, the talmid (student) of Rabbi Elimelech of Lizensk, zs'kl:

"At the End of Days the nations of the world will want to war against one another but they will observe and realize that it will benefit Israel. They will gather together to compare their difference so they will not need to fight. But it's not going to help them; in the forelock of their heads they will be dragged and brought in till their end comes."
And he finishes: "It is permitted to say this in my name as it is heard from the mouth of a prophet."

Chevlei Moshiach (Birth Pains)

Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, zs'kl, wrote 2,000 years ago in the Zohar HaKadosh, (Tikunei Zohar; Tikun 60) the following about President Gog Bush and End of Days.

לבתר ...זמנא תנינא יתוב , וכדין חשוכא תקיפא יתחזי וכמה זעפין יהון בעלמאוכמה טורין רברבין יתבקעון דאתר בהו
During and after President's Gog second visit to the Holy Land, there will be gigantic events in the world.

'זעפין בעלמא'
Judgment on the world will be tightly stretched.

In the Sefer Chesed L’Avraham (Maayan 2, Nahar 59) written by the Kadosh Tzaddik Rav Avraham Azulai, zs'l, he writes, "At the end of the year 5,760 (the latest possible date of 5760 is end of 5769) since the creation of the world, the Pasuk from Zechariah 13;2 "וְאֶת-רוּחַ הַטֻּמְאָה, אַעֲבִיר מִן-הָאָרֶץ and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land" will occur.

Since President Gog Bush's second visit to the Holy Land in May 2008, the world has witnessed tremendeous catastrophies. If one is not familiar with the above prophecies, they would claim that the world is spinning out of control, literally.

The world is enduring an almost mind-numbing series of shocks in recent weeks:
* More than 69,000 people died in the China earthquake;
* 78,000 were killed and 56,000 missing from the Myanmar cyclone;
* Midwestern levees are bursting;
* Floods engulf Midwestern river towns;
* Gas prices are skyrocketing;
* Food is becoming scarcer and more expensive on a worldwide scale;
* Residents of the nation's capital and its suburbs repeatedly lose power for extended periods as mere thunderstorms rumble through;
* In California, unrelenting drought;
* Weak U.S. dollar;
* USA on verge of economy collapse;
* Utilities across the globe are raising power prices up by 30%;
* Killer tornadoes and record floods across the U.S.;
* A plague of locusts in New England;
* Hundreds of wildfires sparked by lightning in Northern California;
* Typhoon Fengshen in Manila.
* Daily earthquakes (June 12 in Israel; 5 earthquakes within 24 hours)

In the past, many of these signs were seen individually, such as rampant wars, widespread disease, earthquakes, but they never occurred simultaneously as they have now been occurring.

Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, zs'kl, lifted up his hands and wept. 'Woe,' he said, 'to him who will live at that time! Yet fortunate he who will live at that time! When the Holy One comes to visit Israel, He will examine who it is that remains loyal to Him at that time, and then woe to him who shall not be found worthy, and of whom it shall be said, "I looked and there was none to help" (Isa. 22, 23)

When terrible tragedies and chaos happens to us, we must realize that HaShem is sending us a clear message to do Teshuva. When we turn our tragedies into opportunities for deeper spiritual connection, careful introspection about our actions, and greater commitment to HKB'H, then we may find the Divine spark of compassion and hope in our darkest times.

Chazal says that at the "End of Days" if we do not repent on our own, Hashem will force us to repent so He can bring about the Final Redemption. He does this because He is merciful and wants us to repent so we can attain the ultimate reward.

אבינו מלכנו החזירנו בתשובה - Our Father, Our King, return us in Teshuva - AMEN.

Vote for Moshiach!

The following are the words of Rabbi Kaduri, zs'l, September, 2005:

"Moshiach is not promoting himself. He is not saying, 'I am the Moshiach, give me the leadership.' Rather the nation is pushing him to lead them, after they find [in my words] signs showing that he has the status of Moshiach."

The following report is earthshattering and exactly just as Rav Kaduri, zs'l, predicted...

Both sons of the greatest Rabbanim; Maran Ovadia Yosef Shlita and Rav HaMekubal Mordechai Eliyahu Shlita are jointly creating a new political party...

HaRav Shmuel Eliyahu Shlita and HaRav Yaakov Yosef Shlita are joining together to create a new religious political party.

Rav Shmuel Eliyahu Shlita revealed that his father, HaRav HaMekubal Mordechai Eliyahu Shlita, told him two days before becoming ill and hospitalized, "It is urgent that a new united religious political party be created." He also said, "This is top priority and the Geula depends on it." "When we heard these words, we were shocked."

When the Rav was asked what about Am Israel, the Rav answered, "The unity of the Rabbanim will bring unity to all the religious people and others will join this unity." "When there is no unity, it is not possible to have Siyata DeShamaya (help from Heaven)."

The Rav said, "All current religious parties in the Knesset have no Siyata DeShamaya and that's why all their past achievements went down the drain. Only thru the creation of a new political party of Rabbanim will bring salvation to the Jews."

Rav Shmuel Eliyahu, "The general public is perplexed from this prime minister because he has so many police records. Just because there is no leader to lead him, the public gives SMolmert the rulership."

"80 percent of the nation are traditional Jews, and a big portion does not even vote because there is no one to vote for. When there will be a religious candidate, someone with morals and could be trusted - he'll win - BIG TIME!"

The Rav was asked, "Who might this candidate be?" The Rav answered, "We are not here to set a job for someone. The most important thing is that this person is an Ish-Torah and observes the Mitzvot. He must be completely faithful to the Torah and its Mitzvot without any compromises."

"There are tens of people like this but they are not promoting themselves to be chosen. The Rabbanim must choose which one person is the most capable for this job."

"The public will also have a say. This person will succeed in his mission..."

How to Protest?

Question via Email:

To whom does one protest the abomination parade? Last time there was a list to fax/email. Can you find out to whom and to post on your site? At a loss here in California where Hollywood, CA is the gay capital.

However, this is Yerushalayim we are talking about - the holiest of holies.

For now, I'll speak to Hashem and will ask that this horrible insult to Hashem be stopped.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Answer:
Petitions don't work! The only way to fight the sitra achra is by taking on another Mitzvah and prayers, prayers, prayers.

2 years ago, November 2006, three days before the scheduled abomination parade, we organized a fast day - many fasted all day and prayed in sincerity that the Sitra Achra parade be cancelled...

WEDNESDAY 17 OF CHESHVAN/NOVEMBER 8TH - A DAY OF FASTING

On the same exact day of the fast, HaShem sent a bloody Gaza incident where Israeli artillery shells killed 18 Palestinian civilians in Gaza triggering threats of reprisals.

Chasdei HaShem, this caused the to'eva parade to be cancelled.

http://www.planetout.com/news/article.html?2006/11/09/2
On Thursday, November 9, 2006, the parade was called off in Jerusalem.

We must protest and implore HaShem to stop the march. We need to say Tehillim and much prayers. If the parade of the Sitra Achra will not get cancelled, c'v, we will b'n again organize a day of fasting next week and b'h, we will witness great miracles again, Amen!

Fear of Heaven

Students of HaRav Elizer Menachem Mann Shach, zs'kl, asked the Rav, 'What is the difference between someone with a good heart and someone that fears Heaven?

The Rav answered that there is an obvious difference. Both people, one with a good heart and the other that has fear of heaven, will go out of their way to do chesed with others. But the difference is when it comes to a Nisayon (test).

For example: Both will invite a stranger to their home. If the invited guest will accidently break something precious, the person with the good heart will be unable to contain his emotions and very likely will yell at the guest and cause him embarrasement. He might even kick him out of his house.

A person that has fear of heaven will immediately realize that HaShem caused the precious item to be broken and will say Hakol Letova (everything is for the best) and will not feel any anger towards his guest.

Worst Global Chutzpa

The Jerusalem-based Eida Chareidit has decided this year, not to oppose Thursday’s scheduled abomination parade in the capital. Askanim met with “inciters” to warn them to refrain from inflaming the atmosphere and not to provoke followers into violent protests or actions.

Autistic Message from Daniel June 19, 2008

Oy to us!
Oy to us!
Oy to us!
Oy to us!

The worst global Chutzpa before the coming of Moshiach is unbearable. It is a kind of Chuzpa that is intolerable, a Chutzpa that surpasses all borders, a Chutzpa that violates the norm; the ultimate Chutzpa if the abomination parade will take place on Thursday next week, r'l.

Taking a group of idiots that violates the Torah and publicly displaying it infront of the whole world. With the outmost Chutzpa, they are displaying their sins in the place of holiness - it doesn't matter what street - it's in the holy city of Yerushalayim, the holiest city.

And we Jews are silent. This silence is screaming to Shamayim. The silence of the Jews is yelling to Shamayim and it causes Shamayim to cry, to shed tears of a flood. Here in Jerusalem, the holiest city, the city of David (HaMelech, a'h), a group of people are transgressing in one of the worst sins of the Torah, making it into a parade and praising the sin, telling HKB'H, "You are no longer the Boss, (c'v), we are doing what we want to do." And faithful Jews that observe the Mitzvot are silent.

Why are they silent?
They give many reasons:
One reason is that it is prohibited to take out the Jews from Yeshivot to see this dirt. Another reason is that protesting will not help. Third reason is not talking about it, they simply want quiet, not to deal with things that can be dangerous, it is too much of a sacrifice.

The parade will not undergo quietly.

This is the third time they are doing it. HaShem should help that it will not be.

The parade will not undergo quietly.

HKB'H Himself will directly punish all of us, c'v, because this is the last thing that can be absorbed, the last humiliation that can be absorbed.

There will be Divine punishment, do not be surprised, Divine punishment. Those that want and are doing everything possible to prevent this parade will not feel the Divine punishment.

But those that are silent... they will strongly feel the Creator's anger.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Morenu Ve Rabenu Rav Yosef Sholom Elyashiv Shlita calls for protesting against Thursday’s scheduled To’eva parade in Yerushalayim. Rav Elyashiv is calling to stop the parade from taking place.

Process of Redemption

We are witnessing before our very eyes the unfolding of the conclusion of the Redemption.

There are three stages to the war of Gog U’Magog. The first two have already been completed through WWI and WWII. The third part will eventually reach Yerushalayim. In the third stage, Moshiach ben David, Eliyahu HaNavi (zachur latov), Moshe Rabbeinu, Aharon HaKohen Gadol (a'h) and the other eleven anointed of Israel will be resurrected at the beginning of the days of Moshiach.

The duty of Moshiach ben Yosef is to fight and win the war against Amalek. The remnant of the original inhabitants of Israel are to be returned to the land of Israel. The wicked from among the non-Jews (specifically the hollalim, as mentioned in Tehillim 5:6; 75 and 76) are supposed to be aligned in this war with the remnant of Amalek. Likewise, Armilus HaRasha (the secular Jewish leader) is also aligned with them.

The hollalim are described as so completely evil that they are considered insane. If you look at the targum of the word "hollalim," you will discover that it is "talibanim" (the actual verb form is "m’talevin" or "m’talevun").

The commentaries of the Radak and the Meiri (a'h) discuss the conclusion of the war of Gog UMagog. They mention that the hollalim will reside in fortified mountain strongholds. Interestingly, the MeAm Loez, a'h, commenting on the Song at the Sea of Reeds, mentions in passing that these people (whom he identifies as the nation of Magog itself) were defeated and imprisoned in this region by Alexander the Great, and they won’t escape from there to wreak havoc on the world - until the time of the Redemption.

Furthermore, it is mentioned in the Tur, Orach Chaim 490, in the name of Hai Gaon, (Rav Hai ben Sherira, zs'l) that the war of Gog U Magog will break out during Chol HaMoed Sukkot, and the resurrection of the dead will be in Nissan. According to the book Chesed L’Avraham written by Rav MeKubal Avraham Azulai, zs'l, it says that the resurrection of the dead will follow the end of 5760 (latest 5769). It relates this whole process to the idea of the filling of a Mikva, and says this will be the process of "removing the impurities" from the world.

It is no surprise that the actual war started (the bombs started to drop) in Afghanistan at 9:30 p.m. on the night of Hoshana Rabba, the time when the final judgment on the nations of the world is sealed and execution begun. It is also worth noting that the Radak is specific in referring to this as "Gog MiGog" (Gog from Gog) and not "Gog UMagog" (Gog and Magog). It is also worth noting that Gog is a leader, described by the Radak as the Nasi of Meshech and Tuval. These two roots refer to extreme attraction; materialism and incredible material wealth. In other words, Gog MiGog is the leader of the most materialistic and wealthy nation on earth. Is there any question what nation that is?

In a broader context, the WTC disaster that precipitated the war occurred during the days of "cheshbon ha’nefesh" (soul accounting) at the end of the month of Elul. In Elul, the last 12 days of the month correspond with one month of the year. The first day of the 12 corresponds with Tishrei, the second with Cheshvan, and so on. These days are a time of reflecting on what was lacking in our avodat HaShem the previous year and what we will correct in the coming year.

The attack on the WTC happened on the 6th day during these 12 days of cheshbon ha’nefesh, which corresponds with the month of Adar. This is an allusion to the Gulf War, which concluded in Adar (5751/1991) on Purim. At that time, President Bush Sr. didn’t finish the job. Loose ends were left that developed into the current situation. In spite of this, President Bush Sr. recognized that as a result of that war, the entire world order had been changed.

The period of the Gulf War coincided with what is referred to in Torah, and in particular, in the Maamar HaGeula by RaMCHaL (Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzato, zs'l) as the Pekida. The Pekida is a glimpse of how the final Redemption will unfold. The first stage is temporary, and the final and complete Redemption follows later in the final stage, which is called the Zechira.

The pekida comes before the zechira. The pekida is Moshiach ben Yosef and is related to the yesod (foundation) and is the tikkun of the soul. The zechira is Moshiach ben David and is related to tiferet and is the tikkun of the body. The RaMCHaL says that the biblical kingdom of Yehudah had two tribes while the kingdom of Israel (Yosef) had ten tribes. Moshiach ben Yosef comes to deliver the TWO tribes and Moshiach ben David comes to deliver the TEN tribes.

This is the meaning of the prophecy in Sefer Yechezkel HaNavi, zs'l, chapter 37;19
הנה אני לקח את עץ יוסף אשר ביד אפרים, ושבטי ישראל חברו; ונתתי אותם עליו את עץ יהודה, ועשיתם לעץ אחד, והיו אחד, בידי.
'I will take Yosef's stick, which is in Ephraim's hand, and the tribes of Israel associated with it, and I will put them with Yehudah's stick. I will make them into one stick. They will be one in My hand.'

The son of President Bush (George from George/Gog MiGog) is picking up where his father left off. Most of the players in the first administration are the actual players in the current situation. It is important to note that the President and most of the world (including the gentile nations) turned to HaShem in prayer and repentance following the WTC attack. It is also worth noting that it was exactly 26 days from the WTC attack to the beginning of the war on Hoshana Rabba. This number, 26, is an allusion to Whom is making the judgment. The judgment is coming from Hashem directly (the numerical value of HaShem's name is 26).

In the Zohar it says that the two towers are said to represent the forces of tuma'a, called Li**** and Sa****. They are both associated with the presence of death in the world. Every nation on earth appears to have had offices or representatives in the 2 towers. The financial power of every nation was represented in that structure. Economic markets around the globe have been impacted strongly by the collapse of the towers.

The Zohar continues that from this conclusion, the effect flows out to all the other gentile nations, each according to what they require. The text specifically mentions a physical impact as well as a spiritual impact.

Zohar (Parshat Balak 3:212b):
"On the sixth day, there will be seen a comet" [Commentaries explain it is not really a comet, but a fireball that will explode in mid-air}
1) The fall of the dominion of the gentile nations, and;
2) The transfer of authority to King Moshiach, who is about to be revealed, "on the 25th day of the 6th month" [25th of Elul/September 13th, 2001) "and this will conclude on the 7th day, at the end of 70 days".

"The first day [of this event] will be seen in a great (or high) city. Three high walls from this great city will fall on this day, a great palace will fall, and the dominion of this city will be nullified. Then this comet [meaning its result] will be seen to spread throughout the world, and in this time harsh wars will break out in all four corners of the earth. Faith will not be forgotten through them."

It goes on to explain that this process concludes when King Moshiach arises (the actual expression is "grows") from a cave in the land of Israel to be king over the entire world. Some people don’t like to look at the Zohar as literal or physical, but concerning this particular section, Rabbi Moshe Cordevero, zs'l, in his commentary, Ohr Yakar, says that all of these events happen on a spiritual level and a physical level.

As is discussed in many places within the Torah, and in particular, in the first Chassidic discourse given by the Rebbe Rayatz, zs'l, "Reishit Goyim Amalek," once the head of the nations Amalek is defeated, the rest of the nations will be uplifted. The conflict, the opposition to HaShem’s Will, and the establishment of His kingdom in a complete fashion, depends solely on Amalek and those connected to Amalek. We learn from Yehoshua bin Nun, zs'l, in the second paragraph of Aleinu that in the end we will all serve HaShem together; "And on that day, HaShem will be One and His Name One."

A Call For Jerusalem

Guest post by Sara Y.

B"H

YES !!!!
Once again we have to raise our voices against the abomination that want to take place in Jerusalem !

NO !!!
We should not be tired to protest , as they are not tired to weaken us and our land.

We should not be tired to pray specially for Jerusalem as Hashem is not tired to protest against all our prosecutors and protect us anywhere we are, foremost in the land of Israel.

Keeping silent is to admit that the forces of evil is uppermost and that we accept it with fatality.
Nothing is an unavoidable, for a Jew!

We do not have to live by the laws of determinism because we believe , that we can change anything with prayers , because... we are believers , sons and daughters of believers .

Simultaneously, Hashem teached us to do anything in our power to prevent calamity. This parade should not be bearable in our mind.

We do not need to be an activist of some sort, to protest:
We just need to be accountable for ourselves, but above all for our people! We are accountable in front of our G. od!

WE , Jewish people, don't have to be politicly correct!
Correctness in that matter is incorrect, it is improper and unsuitable.
Hashem Himself, created social revolution, freedom, the day of rest, justice for all, kindness to others...

We don't have anything to learn from others regarding tolerance, we already live by those standards.

WE ARE THE COOLEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD !

This has nothing to do with tolerance, but with the distorded meaning those people gave to this word. This is what they want us to believe and to accept.

But we already chose the Torah and we already believe in ONE G. od.

We can't fool ourselves with a "tolerance" that would admit abomination in the dwelling city of the Shechina...

Stand up! With one heart for the honor of G. od , the G. od of Israel.
Light some fire in your heart!

How can we seriously say every year in Pessach: "Next year in Jerusalem" and let it become a depraved city like any other city in the world.

It is not any other city.

It doesn't belong to anyone else than G. od, and we are entrusted to keep it holy as much as ourselves.

That fire should run in our heart,
it should run in our blood: because...

WE want to be next year in Jerusalem for real!

HKB'H is Testing Us

It has been announced in Jerusalem that the city's abomination parade will take place on Thursday of next week, r'l.

The religious community has already launched its protest against the parade. Two weeks ago religious and ultra-Orthodox Knesset Members met in order to form a unified front against the event planned. "The abomination parade in Jerusalem is insufferable," the MKs determined.

The participants, including National Union (NRP)'s MKs Uri Ariel, Arieh Eldad, and Zvi Hendel, and United Torah Judaism's MKs Meir Porush and Moshe Gafni decided on a number of parliamentary, public, and legal steps set to sabotage the event. They also considered appealing to the High Court of Justice and holding numerous protest rallies running parallel to the parade.

One such protest rally took place on Monday, in the ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Beit Israel. Rabbi David Batzri Shlita called on the participants in the rally to "be zealous towards HaShem, and to hate those that fail and the evil that they create. Zeal is atonement for all of Israel."

Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch Shlita, who has headed the fight against the Jerusalem parade during previous years and succeeded in sweeping much of the ultra-Orthodox community into the protests, also spoke at the rally in Beit Israel. This year, however, he had to make do with only the few dozen demonstrators present.

"I asked my rabbi: How were so many righteous men murdered during the Holocaust – because they did not protest," Rav Sternbuch called down from the balcony on which he stood. "Whoever does not protest is confessing with silence."

He explained the reason for the parade to his followers: "HKB'H is testing us in this world and wants to see if we protest. If we don't, there will be disasters. We are alone and they are many, but we are more in quality. They are evil criminals that have no place with the God of Israel."

The Matchbook

Guest post by Sarah Chava (This story is true)

I will never forget that one Friday morning on a very dreary and cold December day when I received an emergency phone call at my office in downtown Los Angeles , telling me my daughter had taken ill and was being rushed to the hospital. Gathering my senses, I informed my boss of the situation, quickly grabbed a cab and with my heart racing not knowing what to expect, I ran into the emergency room trying to ascertain my daughter’s whereabouts. As everyone knows, getting any answers in a busy emergency room can be exasperating, and after what seemed like an eternity, one nurse pointed me in the direction of a room where I could see the main curtain was drawn. Slowly walking in, I called out my daughter’s name receiving a very weak response indicating that she was in the room. Walking in I was shocked at the gray pallor of her skin and the dark circles under her eyes, taking the place of the usually rosy cheeked young teenager. Doctors and nurses kept emerging in and out of the room but there was no idea of a diagnosis only the indication she would be admitted and extensive testing would be needed over the next few days to determine the cause of her condition. I called my husband to bring over some things I would need to stay over for Shabbos in my daughter’s room, reminding him to bring small challahs, a bottle of grape juice, a Siddur with a Tehillim and candles, as well as some food to tide me over until Motzei Shabbos. My husband arrived a few hours later with a duffel bag of the items I had requested. He was unable to stay for long as the day is short in December and he needed to return to the rest of the family to finalize the preparations for Shabbos at home.

When one is in the hospital, time moves along and one usually doesn’t pay much attention to it, however, I remember glancing down at my watch and noticed the time was 2:55 pm . Something told me to open the duffel bag and check the food and Shabbos items. There were small challahs, a bottle of grape juice, food wrapped in aluminum foil containers, regular candles, a siddur and tehillim. As I unpacked the bag along with some clothing, I realized - wait a minute, I have no candleholders as these were not tea lights and oh no, there were no matches. Running to my purse, I realized I had accidentally left my wallet at home that morning and after having paid for the cab I only had a few dollars left in the zipper compartment of my bag. Erev Shabbos, no credit cards and with very little money, I took leave of my daughter who was now stabilized in her room, and grabbed the elevator down to the hospital gift shop. Perhaps, they had matches and something I could use as a candleholder. Glancing down at my watch it was now 3:05 pm . A little over one hour left to candle lighting.

Let me reassess the situation for the reader. It’s late Friday afternoon, my daughter is hospitalized, I am in a downtown hospital in December that is not familiar with Orthodox Jews, I need matches and candleholders to light Shabbos candles and at this point I am beginning to panic.

Wandering around the gift shop I looked for something to hold my candles. At first, I couldn’t find anything that would work to hold candles. Then, as if directed by a malach, I spied 2 glass candleholders that were perfect. The only problem was they were inside a holiday gift set. I asked the saleslady if she could sell me the glass candleholders. She replied it was part of a set and would only sell the set. I asked her how much the set was and she answered twenty-eight dollars. Looking down at the crumpled bills in my hand I realized I had only eight dollars. Trying patiently to explain to her my predicament and the urgent need for those candleholders she remained adamant. I told her I would pay her as soon as the Sabbath was over on Saturday night and that my daughter was hospitalized. She said no. I tried to plead with her goodwill. The answer was still no. I asked her if she had any matches. She just laughed and said no. The time was now 3:25 pm . Returning upstairs I asked around for matches. I was told one nurse was a smoker and she might have a pack. As I looked for her I found out she had already left for the day. No matches. No candleholders. Checking in on my daughter and seeing she was asleep, I continued going up and down the halls asking every nurse and orderly for matches.

The head nurse approached me saying she had heard I was looking for candleholders and matches. When I replied in the positive to her comments and explained my situation, I was astounded at her negative reaction. She told me that under no circumstances would she allow me to light candles and I would have to forego my “religious observance” for another time, another place and that this was a hospital where fire was not allowed. My heart sunk and for just a moment I had a fleeting thought of defeat. Not knowing what to do or who to turn to, I went into a corner, closed my eyes and tearfully told the Almighty my situation. I wanted to light my Shabbos candles, and I needed a candleholder and matches. I told Hashem I was doing everything in my power under the circumstances and He needed to do His part to allow me to fulfill this very important mitzvah. I felt my heart lift and I became more determined than ever that I was not going to miss lighting Shabbos candles. The time was now 3:45 pm .

Grabbing the elevator for the second time, I ran back to the gift shop. This time a new woman was behind the counter. Tearfully explaining the situation, I begged her to sell me the glass candleholders from the set and would pay her right after my Sabbath. Turned out, she was the manager of the shop. She removed the glass candleholders from the set and took my eight dollars telling me she had another set in the back and told me that she was happy to help me in my observance and to light my Sabbath candles in peace. Running down the hall to the elevator I profusely thanked Hashem for the glass candleholders but I still had NO MATCHES.

Gathering all my strength, I quietly asked people if anyone smoked or had a lighter/matches in their purse, all the while staying far away from that head nurse who was not going to let me light. Out of the blue, an orderly stopped me in the hall saying he had heard I was looking for matches, directing me to the hospital’s designated smoking area. Surely somewhat would be out there or stop by shortly. Almost out of breath, I found the smoking area with one man who didn’t speak a word of English, not a word of Spanish, or any other facsimile of a language that I could work with. Using sign language, I tried to indicate a matchbook and striking a match. He just kept laughing and pointed to a bush on the other side. I looked at the bush figuring he didn’t understand me and again tried to indicate striking the matchbook with sign language. He continued laughing and again pointed to the bush. Totally exasperated I walked over to that bush and therein caught in the branches of the bush at the very bottom was a matchbook – just waiting for me to find it. Almost afraid to open it and find the matchbook empty, I took a look at my watch and noticed the time was now 4:09 pm with Shabbos imminently approaching. I opened the matchbook. There were two matches left. Thanking Hashem once again for this open miracle, I ran down the hall.

I had one more challenge. Where was I going to light my candles? Noticing new nurses at the desk (I hadn’t realized there was going to be a shift change just at that time) I took a chance. Explaining my predicament, the new head nurse walked me into the nurse’s lounge and took me over to a table. She calmly told me that if I gave her my word to light my candles in the nurse’s lounge and sit by those candles until they burned down – she would give me permission. She promised to keep checking in on my daughter and keep me apprised. I ran to the room, kissed my daughter, grabbed my candles, candleholder and matches. I placed the glass candleholders on the table, placed the candles in and took one very long deep breath. Glancing at my watch it was 4:26 pm – exactly candle lighting time that day in Los Angeles . Afraid to breathe, I took out the matchbook and lit the first match. It struck flawlessly and I was completely awed by the beautiful flame. I was able to bench licht on time leaving one perfectly unused match in the matchbook. Hashem had sent me a spare match – just in case the first didn’t light. I found myself crying with happiness and joy and thanking Hashem for the Shabbos miracle of allowing me the honor of lighting my Shabbos candles with His help.

I can only tell you my davening and tehillim that Shabbos took on a very special meaning. Boruch Hashem, my daughter’s health totally improved and she was released from the hospital after just a few days. Since that time each week, when I go to light my Shabbos candles, I always reflect as I strike the match and gaze at the flame, never forgetting the incredible miracle of the matchbook that took place for me, here in downtown Los Angeles, just a few years ago on that cold and dreary December day.

Past, Present, & Future

According to Kabbala and Chasiddus, the Torah has 600,000 letters corresponding to the 600,000 Jews who received the Torah at Mount Sinai. In fact there are only 304,805 letters to be precise in the Torah, but if you count the gaps between the words and the crowns (tagin) on top of the letters it comes to 600,000.

Our Sages teach us that the Pesukim (verses) in the Torah teach us about the corresponding year in Jewish history and future. The total number of Pesukim in all the Torah (5 books) are 5845.

The Hebrew year '5698' תרצ"ח written out spells the word, 'tirtzach' which means, 'you will murder.' For those who do not recognize the year 5698, it corresponded to 1938--the year of the infamous 'Kristallnacht Pogrom' in Germany, and the official beginning of the 'Final Solution'.

The year 5698 (1938) - תרצ"ח is the 5698th Passuk in the Torah. (Deut 29,26) "Hashem was angered and brought upon you all the curses that are written here". The portion read during the Holocaust is Deuteronomy 26:1-29:8, corresponding to the 7 years of WWII. This portion includes curses for straying from the Torah, describing in explicit detail what can be construed as a Holocaust. The connection to the above verse is self-evident.

(Sandhedrin סנהדרין צ"ז)
First year: והמטרתי על עיר אחת ועל עיר אחת לא אמטיר
I sent rain on one town and kept it back from another: one part was rained on, and the part where there was no rain became a waste.

Corresponding to the year 5762/2002 (Ha'azinu (Hebrew for "listen") Chapter 32;10)
He found him in a desert land, and in the waste, a howling wilderness; He compassed him about, He cared for him, He kept him as the apple of His eye.

Moshe Rabenu proclaims that HaShem is perfect in deed, just, faithful, true, and upright. HaShem’s children are unworthy, a crooked generation that played God false, ill requiting the Creator. Moshe Rabenu exhorts Am Israel to remember that in ages past, HKB'H assigned the nations their homes and their due, but chose Bnei Israel as HaSghem’s chosen people. HaShem found the Israelites in the desert, watched over them, guarded them, like an eagle who rouses his nestlings, gliding down to his young, HaShem spread His wings and took Israel, HKB'H alone guided Israel. HaShem set Am Israel atop the highlands to feast on the yield of the earth and fed them honey, oil, curds, milk, lamb, wheat, and wine. Am Israel grew fat and kicked and forsook HKB'H, incensed with alien things, and sacrificed to demons and no-gods.

End of 7th year, Ben David arrives במוצאי שביעית בן דוד בא.

The Dark Side

Esther Korsandi's story:

I was born in Persia and at a young age, came to Israel with my family. We were an Orthodox family but as it happens to many religious families in Israel, we gradually became more Israelis and less Jewish till I eventually abandoned my religion.

When I got married and was 5-month pregnant, the doctors told me that I must immediately abort my baby because my life is in danger. I refused to listen to the doctors and decided to keep the baby, despite warnings that I'll never be able to have more children. When I reached full term, b'h, my firstborn son was born healthy. When I got pregnant again, the doctors told me that I'll not be able to carry the baby to term and will have a miscarriage at 6 month. They were wrong again -- I gave birth to my second son, healthy and whole, b'h. Again, I got pregnant and b'h, I gave birth to a healthy daughter...

I decided that 3 children are more than enough and it was time to tie my tubes; I didn't want anymore children.

At the doctor's office, they prepared me for getting my tubes tied. I was put under anesthesia and it was that I died and saw what I saw... I remember very clearly what I saw...

I saw myself falling... I kept falling further down into hell (תחתית שאול), and continued falling down into the worst place. The further I fell, the darker it became - it was completely dark. I can never describe this kind of darkness - darkness such as I saw does not exists in this world. It was darkness of no end, it was darkness of eternity. I saw neshamot (souls) suffering, I heard yelling. I cannot describe the fear I felt. I don't even want to remember it...

I saw a gigantic meat grinder, approximately 7 ft. tall. I saw them putting neshamot inside this grinder... They turned the handle of the grinder half-way, and the neshama inside it was grinded to the bottom, facing the bottom - into the abyss. The neshama was petrified that it'll be dropped into the abyss... Then they turned the handle of the grinder and within seconds, the neshama inside the grinder faced the abyss, again. This continued for a long time and it was a form of torture... I don't even want to describe the other forms of tortures I saw... I heard so much yelling but I can't even describe it... I saw people suffering and being tortured... The torturing I saw is not from this world - it's beyond the imagination. I saw neshamot on the floor with body parts... begging for mercy... I cannot talk anymore about it... I feel sick...

I heard people say when they were clinically dead, they saw a white light, a tunnel... I don't know... I didn't see any white light... I saw bottom bit - I saw darkness - I saw hell! I begged and pleaded to have mercy on me, I cried to be allowed to go upwards... I felt someone hitting me. I felt something catching onto my tongue - choking me.

When I woke up in the doctor's office, I looked at my nails and they were dark - pitch black... I don't know in what merit I was given permission to return to this world. Not every person can merit to wake up... Not every person can merit to return... Not every person can merit to come out of it safely...

It's difficult for me to talk about it - to have my experience documented... I want to tell you, I am not profitting even one penny from telling you my story. I want you to know -- there is life after death - I personally was there...

Rav Mordechai Eliyahu Shlita "I Was Up There..."

After an hour and 40 minutes of unconsciousness and undergoing resuscitation, the first words HaRav Mordechai Eliyahu Shlita, said upon waking up , "I was up there and returned to this world." When the Rav woke up after head surgery, the Rav cried out loud "The decree has been annulled." In another instance, when he was half conscious, he revealed, "I'm in middle of being judged."

Professor Doctor Cohen, the Rav's doctor, said the following, "I didn't believe we'll succeed. I felt as if a Malach from Shamayim performed the operation together with me. It is not possible that a person that went thru 2 heart attacks and head surgery will remain alive even one minute. I'll not be reporting this specific medical report because they will say I'm lying. It is not natural; an angel was protecting him. I believe there is Go.d."

A nurse who witnessed the miraculous turn of events said, "I didn't know beforehand who this Rav is. But we all understand that what transpired is a true miracle. This Rav is a Tzaddik and Shamayim helped him. Otherwise, I cannot begin to understand how he stayed alive after all that he went thru this month. Medically, it does not make sense."

HaRav Shmuel Zafrani, Rav Mordechai Eliyahu's personal assistant, added, "Two secular doctors that treated the Rav and witnessed this great miracle are very seriously considering doing Teshuva. "

In a very short conversation, the Rav said the following about Shavuot, "We must increase learning Torah, respecting Shamayim and completely repent. A Jew that is suffering should pray by Kever Tzaddikim and say, "Master of the Universe, in the merit of the Tzaddik, accept my prayers.' One has to be extremely carefull not to pray to the Tzaddik, only to HKB'H and ask HaShem to save him in the merit of the Tzaddik. Also, we must increase in charity and not be rude when giving charity."

The Rav also emphasized, "HKB'H wants us to authenically regret our bad behavior and this should come directly from the heart. The strength of Am Israel is learning the Torah and loving one another. When Jews live in a land without Torah and unity, all the terrible decrees arrive."

Hidden Till HKB'H Opens Our Eyes

A lost Indian tribe has been recently found and photographed in the Amazon - with the astounding images showing warriors painted bright orange and brandishing bows and arrows. The aerial photos of the tribe in Brazil near the Peruvian border are rare evidence that such groups exist and that these tribes have been living undisturbed for centuries.

Till today 'intelligent' investigators mocked us, the Jewish nation, that we believe without a doubt that the lost 10 tribes are living in exile, on the other side of the Sambatyon and are also waiting for Moshiach so they can return to our Holy Land. Investigators always claimed that such tribes do not exist. They claim that since satellites are placed in every corner of the world, they are able to photograph anything unique. Their second claim is travelling around the world is easily accessible and therefore, every hidden corner has been investigated and according to them, nothing is hidden.

According to these 'intelligent' investigators, there is no great Sambatyon river with wild rapids, that churns great rocks in billows up to the heavens six days a week and rests on Shabbat. According to them, there are no men, women, and children living beyond the Sambatyon river.

These photographs prove that an unknown tribe has been living undisturbed for thousands of years totally disconnected from our modern world; regardless of the many people that investigated the Amazon for years, and despite all the modern satellite equipment.

Now investigators admit that there is a possibility that there are more unfounded tribes living in our world undisturbed and are completely disconnected from our modern world.

We have always been taught that הכל בחזקת סומין, עד שהקדוש ברוך הוא מאיר את עיניהם everything is hidden, till HKB'H opens their eyes. A person can only see what HKB'H allows to see. If HKB'H does not allow us to see the Sambatyon river and the lost 10 tribes, it does not mean that it does not exists. The same with Moshe Rabenu's (zs'kl) burial - HKB'H does not allow us to find his burial ground, but that does not mean that Moshe Rabenu is not buried...

ChaZaL writes many things that are mysterious to us because they knew things with Ruach HaKodesh. It is known that anyone who denied ChaZaL's truth and laughed at the truth, turned into dead bones, r'l. Where is Shor Habar? Where is the Livyatan? Where is the entrance to Gan Eden? Where is the entrance to Gehenom?. All of them are in this world, the world we are living in but we cannot find it because HKB'H does not permit us to see them. We believe, without a doubt, that all exists, just as ChaZaL says it does, but we are blind till HKB'H opens our eyes.

For all the doubters of the truth, the finding of the hidden tribe in the Amazon despite the age of technology is very strong proof that everything CHaZaL says is the absolute truth. We don't need proof from from bored investigators and photographers that CHaZaL is right. But sometimes HKB'H wakes us up in His wonderous ways to awaken our belief in the truth.

Autistic Message: Six Steps to Redemption

A message from Binyamin Golden, an autistic man

We all want to merit living in the days of Moshiach (Messiah), but what can we do in order to be worthy of this?

1) Every person must lower his head (his pride) and humble himself before Hashem.

2) Regret. This means that we must regret and cry over each and every sin we have done. Every thing we do against Hashem, against His Torah, every one of these things puts up a mechitza (a barrier) between us and the Creator of the World. [This is what the prophet Yeshayah said, (chapter 59) "Your sins separated you from your G-d."] This mechitza distances us from the Truth, and then we are at risk of disappearing from the world together with the sheker (falsehood of this world), which means eternal death, G-d forbid.

Therefore, every Jew must now regret and feel very sorry for each and every sin he ever did, to the point that he sheds tears. We must sit on the ground and tear our clothes, or wear sack and ashes, and cry and cry and cry over all our sins and the sins of our ancestors, starting with Adam Harishon.

We must also cry over the Beis Hamikdash that was destroyed and taken from us on account of our sins. We must cry over this tremendous spiritual glory that we lost and the chance we had to bring sacrifices and atone for each and every sin. Woe to us!

3) We must then say vidui (prayers of confession), but really feel remorse while saying it. Say, "Our Father, our King, we have sinned before You… Our Father, our King, we have no one besides You… treat us with charity and kindness and redeem us."
Say it again and again, again and again, until it sinks deep into your head and heart and entire body. Until you understand this and are really weeping.

4) After that, we must make a firm decision that from now on we are throwing away all the unnecessary materialism of this world (the "golden calf"). This will free us and enable us to live a life of spirituality [as it says in Chovas Halevavos, "Just as water and fire cannot be together with each other in one vessel, so the heart of a believer is not able to contain the love of 'this world' together with the love of the Olam Haba (World to Come)”] Then we will be able to observe the Torah in every aspect of our lives.

5) Then we must act and remove from our homes anything that has any connection at all to the goyish (gentile) world and go back to doing nothing else except following the Will of Hashem. We must rid our homes of every filthy or impure tool that brings the "golden calf" (materialism) into our lives. Whether it is newspapers or books - even Charedi books - which are inappropriate, clothes, radios, computers, whatever it may be. We must clean out our houses thoroughly from anything unnecessary, anything goyish, anything that lures us into materialism.
By doing this kind of teshuva, we will be able to reach the highest spiritual level which is love of Hashem. This means to love Hahsem by truly yearning for Him and His way. To yearn for him more than we yearn for the person we love most in this world. We must also long for the Beis Hamikdash and the sacrifices with the kind of longing that brings a person to great pain and tears.

6) To successfully accomplish all this, we must realize that doing the will of Hashem is not something boring. Whoever starts working on this starts becoming a true son of Hashem. Then he will know that this life of Torah and mitzvos is absolutely the most natural, the best and the happiest way of life.

Living a life of fulfilling the Will of Hashem, this life is the only real way of living that exists. Any other way is utter falsehood and deception. Therefore, whoever lives – or at least tries his hardest to live – this kind of life, will be worthy to receive our righteous Moshiach and the Redemption. Whoever does not, will disappear together with the sheker.

Every one must make their choice. But now, because time is really running out. If we do teshuva (repentance) we can save ourselves. And then, G-d willing, we will merit to greet our righteous Moshiach with great joy. This will be the greatest moment in history, to which Am Yisroel has been looking forward to for thousands of years. Remember however, that we must do true teshuva in order to save ourselves and merit to live in the world of Moshiach.

Binyamin Golden is an autistic young man who cannot speak and needs help for most of his daily life. He communicates by a system called “Facilitated Communication” (FC). By means of this system it is possible to reach the higher parts of the soul of a handicapped person (which are usually pure), and are able to give us messages from higher worlds. (A full explanation of FC is contained in the book “Secrets of the Soul”.)

For additional information: tel (818) 996 4060; in Israel: 053-804795
For additional information and messages see FC Messages: Geula

Binyamin has requested that readers forward these messages to others in order to help them come closer to Truth and do what needs to be done to be worthy of greeting the Messiah..
