Update on Kever Devorah HaNevia, a'h

"Baruch HaShem, I received a letter from Israel Nature and Parks Authority confirming their consent to our plan. I was required to coordinate with Atra Kadisha - I coordinated with them and they gave me confirmation via the telephone.
In 2 weeks, we are all going to Tel Kadesh to determine the work arrangement, b'h".

Israel Nature and Parks Authority;
Atara Kadisha;
Israel Antiquities Authority of the Galil and Golan;
Archeology of Merchav Tzafon;
Prinicipal Machoz Tzafon, RT'G;
Archeology RT'G; and
Supervisor of Antiquities of the Galil;
Reb Ami, Gideon, and Doron will also, b'h, join this meeting, which will, b'h, take place in the week of Parshat Beshalach, to finalize the work arrangement.
B'h, we found constructors that want to build the Tzion Leshem Shamayim (for the sake of Heaven) and will only charge the cost of the materials. The digging in the area where Devorah HaNevia, a'h, is buried is very sensitive, this is the reason Atara Kadisha will supervise all digging.
The cost of the tedious work of digging, including all necessary equipment will cost about 150,000 Shekels ($38,000.00). (The value of the American dollar has plummeted from 4.3 to 3.8 shekels).
The estimate cost of this project is approximately $100,000. Till now, $35,000.00 was collected, b'h. Plus $10,000 for holy Sefarim (books).
B'h, we have the necessary money for the digging but not for building the Tzion. HaRav Israel Herzberg is very worried to begin digging if there is no enough money to cover its cost and to build the Tzion. We keep assuring him and ourselves that HaShem is our partner and has many good messengers that will b'h, get financially involved in this once-in-3,000 year opportunity.
The digging will take about 8 weeks, depending on their findings. Thereafter, we have permission to build as large a Tzion as we want, unlimited space.
We want to build a large enough Tzion to accommodate 40-50 people. We also need to pull electricity wires into Tel Kadesh and build water pipes into Tel Kadesh for sinks and bathrooms. We want to be able to offer hot and cold drinks to all visitors as well as candles to light by the Tzion. We will also need to hire a person to upkeep the Tzion.
When the Tzion will be complete, we received permission to put road signs in the Upper Galil roads, directing people to the tzion of Devorah HaNevia, a'h.
We estimate, if all donation money can be collected within 8 weeks, the Tzion for Devorah HaNevia, a'h, will be ready, b'h, by summer of 2008.
