Gift From Rav HaMekubal Pinto Shlita for Rosh HaShana

HaGaon HaKadosh HaTzadik HaMekubal Rabbi Yeshayahu Yosef Pinto SHLITA is the scion of a distinguished, centuries-old rabbinic family from Morocco. On his father's side, he is the great-grandson of Rabbi Haim Pinto, zs'l, a revered Moroccan sage; on his mother's side, he is the grandson of Rabbi Yisrael Abuhatzeira, better known as the wonder-working Baba Sali, zs'l.

Rabbi Pinto has developed large-scale activities throughout the world. He has yeshivas in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, among other places, and visits Bulgaria, Argentina and Venezuela, where he also has followers.
HaRav HaMekubal Pinto first came to New York for medical treatment. When the Rav's aides are asked why activity is being concentrated in New York, they reply that New York is a central place in the world and one that can have a considerable impact on Israel's future. The Rav wants to draw American Jewry close to Israel; assimilation is rampant, and there are many people who need advice.
If you ever have a chance to get a bracha from a true Tzaddik, don’t hesitate. Take the opportunity and accept Hashem’s blessings with love. ...

Thursday, September 6, in honor of Rosh HaShana, the Rav HaMekubal Pinto Shlita will be blessing and giving out apples dipped in honey (free) in his yeshiva, Shuva Israel, at 7 pm. The location of the yeshiva is 328 East 61 Street in Manhattan. All are invited!
