Rooms of Impurities

Why did Rabbi Chaim Vital, zs'l, write in his holy book Etz Chayim that at the End of Days it will be a very difficult task to find an authentic Rav?

In Shamayim, there are rooms of Torah called Heichalot HaKedushot (rooms of holiness) and keneged the holiness, HKB'H created the Heichalot HaTemurot (impure rooms). The SM is in charge of the Heichalot HaTemurot. In order for a person to authentically accomplish the Torah, he must first go thru these impure rooms that have the appearance of holiness. If the person has pride, he'll get stuck in the Heichalot HaTemurot, c'v, unless he wakes up and realizes that he needs to learn much more to gain entrance into Heichalot Kedushot.

Inside the rooms of the impurity, Heichalot HaTemurot, renewals of the Torah are also accessible. The person should be very aware and not mislead himself that he reached the rooms of holiness and he should know that he hasn't even entered the true rooms of the Torah till he strengthens in learning, increase prayers, and fasts for HKB'H and then, he'll merit entrance.

If the person is humble, he will realize that he hasn't accompished the Torah yet and will try harder to 'begin' accomplishing the Torah. Only then, he is given permission to enter the Heichalot that contains a large room that leads to more entrances to more rooms. In each room, there are more doors to other rooms, and so on. When this person is given permission, he can wander inside all the rooms and collect inside jewels and unique gems of the Torah.

BUT, before achieving authentic knowledge in the Torah, each person must first go thru the Heichalot HaTemurot, and he must not fool himself thinking that he was already rewarded. Even when an authentic Tzaddik is permitted entrances to the rooms of the Torah and achieves holiness, in his mind, he thinks he hasn't accomplished anything and remains humble. Therefore, he strengthens himself everytime from new and asks HKB'H to show him the LIGHT of the Torah, as if he never accomplished anything.

Only when he has permission to enter the Heichalot HaKeduoshut, he will KNOW the difference between the S'M's Heichalot HaTemurot and the Heichalot HaKedushot. Even if he fasts and suffers himself for HKB'H, and will merit chiddushim, he should never assume that it came from the Kedusha because it could have been sent, r'l, from the Heichalot HaTemurot.

It is very difficult for us to know who is an authentic Rav that has truly reached Heichalot HaKeduoshut. Many so-called Rabbanim/Mekubalim are stuck in Heichalot HaTemurot and tell us interesting renewals of the Torah, when in truth, it's directly from the Sitra Achra. Many innocent Jews are tricked by the messengers of the Sitra Achra and even become the 'devil's advocate'. Oy to us the damage these people cause (myself included!)- המבין יבין.

These are the trials and clarifications HKB'H is sending us at the End of Days. The only way to really see and know the difference is when one strengthen oneself with great faith (EMUNA).
