Selling Us to the Ishmaelites
The Vilna Gaon and Arizal, a'h, write that it's possible for each person to know their tikun according to their Hebrew birthday. If a person was born 1 Cheshvan, on Tuesday, 1980, he should look what Parsha it was the week he was born. Each Parsha is divided into 7 parts, according to days of the week, Sunday, Monday, etc..
This week's Parsha is Parshat Vayeshev. The 3rd part of this Parsha corresponds with world events, Tuesday November 27 (Kislev 17):
כז לְכוּ וְנִמְכְּרֶנּוּ לַיִּשְׁמְעֵאלִים, וְיָדֵנוּ אַל-תְּהִי-בוֹ, כִּי-אָחִינוּ בְשָׂרֵנוּ, הוּא; וַיִּשְׁמְעוּ, אֶחָיו.
27. Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother, our flesh.' And his brethren hearkened unto him.
This section of the Parsha speaks about the brothers selling Yosef HaTzaddik, a'h, to the arabs. The timing is amazing and NOT a coincidence that it corresponds E-X-A-C-T-L-Y with the Annapolis Summit, scheduled for Tuesday, November 27 (Kislev 17), 2007.
Once again, our brothers' are selling us to the Ishmaelites, yimach shemam!
But know that everything HaShem does is only for Am Israel's benefit. As it says when Yosef HaTzaddik, z'sl, revealed himself to his brothers, he said, "אתם חשבתם עלי רעה אלקים חשבה לטובה You thought evil against me; but God meant it to be good."
