"Rebbe" on Video Identified
The Video inside 770 of the Lubavitch Rebbe zs'l is NOT the Rebbe. It is HaRav Elimelech Shachar, CEO of Chabad 
institutes.
Harav Shachar said the following:
"I was in 770 and needed to cross the parting of the Chasiddim to the other side. That minute, someone was videoing on his cell and decided that my image is the Rebbe. I don't understand how such a thing is done ".
