HaRav HaMekubal Basri Shlita together with HaRav HaMekubal Chaim Cohen (Milkman) said a special prayer with Kabbalistic devotion with Lulavim in North Israel. In the Tfilla, more Mekuabalim joined them in this special prayer to annul the decrees.
