Our Soldiers Need Tziziot
Our Soldiers are protecting Eretz Israel, but who's protecting them??? They didn't grow up in religious environment, didn't go to Orthodox schools... [+/-] show/hide text
Many are Tinokot Shenishba - it's not their fault no one taught them about Tzizit - and now they want Tzizit because their friends are being murdered by terrorists. They are scared.
We are collecting to purchase 1,000 Tziziot for our soldiers - total cost $1,800.
We will help protect them; they will protect Eretz Israel; and HaShem will protect us all.

Lieutenant Sergeant Dovid Koren, a Baal Tshuva just called from Lebanon at 2 am Israel time and asked to send 1,000 Tziziot - the soldiers are begging to wear it, they need protection. He promises, b'n, to distribute all the Tziziot and make a bracha with the soldiers "Shehecheyanu Vekimanu LaZman Haze". The Tziziot need to arrive by tomorrow morning, before the troops head to a village in Lebanon.
UPDATE:
1,000 Tziziot were purchased and was brought to Lebanon. The soldiers are wearing them, b'h. There are about 10,000 soldiers in Lebanon and many more want Tziziot, b'h. If you would like to donate to purchase Tziziot, it's a tremendous Mitzvah. Who who saves a life, saves the world.
