Two verses from Prophet Yermiyahu (Jeremiah):
"and on horses they will ride, prepared like a man of war, on you daughter of Bavel (Babylon - Iraq)."
"and on horses they will ride, prepared like a man of war, on you daughter of Tzion (Israel)."
The same expression describes the man of war on Iraq (Bavel) and Eretz Israel (Zion).
The gematria of the words "and on horses they will ride" ועל סוסים ירכבו and גורג בוש George Bush are equally 520.
The Passuk can be read:
