One of the biggest sign of Moshiach's arrival there will be elections and the 2 main parties will receive similar votes but they will not be able to build a coalition.
20 years ago, Harav Eliezer Abuchazera, zsk'l, said, "Moshiach will come when Israel will be unable to build a coalition"
“וּבְנֵי פָּרִיצֵי עַמְּךָ יִנַּשְּׂאוּ לְהַעֲמִיד חָזוֹן וְנִכְשָׁלוּ”
In the time of Moshiach, they will not be able to form a coalition and will fail
On 18 Tevet the 20th Knesset was dissolved and until 17 Elul, the date of new elections is exactly 9 months (266 days) as it says in the Zohar HaKadosh:
ובין כך משיח צירין וחבלין יהון ליה כיולדה. ועל ההוא זמנא כתיב, יענך ה’ ביום צרה. דאינון תשע פסוקים כירחין דיולד

Oh yes - I almost forgot - it appears to me not to be 40 years yet since Rav Kaduri delivered the quote you reposted here. You wrote that he said this in 1980 and we're still in 2019.
Unless, of course, you come up with the Hebrew dates and they match what you wrote here. Then, I stand corrected.
I just want to make sure I understand everything you're saying as best as possible.

Also, now that it appears that the quotes from R' Kaduri and R' Abuchazera were taken down at the Sod haHashmal site, is it possible to confirm the Ravs' quotes here from another source, whether Internet or not?
It would give a lot of hizuk if we could see where they got these words from.

Rabbi Berland gave over the following very short, but very meaningful message:
“Today is the 4th of Sivan [5779], and Gog and Magog will be in [the month of] Heshvan. All the nations will gather together against Israel. Moshe will blow on the Shofar HaGadol (the Great Shofar), and the whole Torah will be heard from one end of the world to the other.

However, Rashi says (Sanhedrin 98) that just as a donkey walks slowly, so too does Mashiach come slowly, bit by bit, “because you will not leave in haste, nor go in flight.” To Mashiach there is a process. He has work to do—to rectify and purify the world. As the Rav shlit”a said more than a year ago that in “motzei shivi’it ben David is coming,” but he has six years of work to do, until the year 5781-2021, to bring the entire world back in repentance. Then there will be the true redemption. The Rav said in these words: “These six years from 5775 to 5781 are years of redemption. In these years the entire Jewish people return in repentance. All the biggest sinners return in repentance, because there are no libertines amongst the Jewish people. There are no sinners amongst the Jewish people. There are no wicked amongst the Jewish people – all of this being stages in the redemption, all of this being stages in the development of the soul, in being able to receive the portions of the soul.” The Rav shlit”a also said, “Melech HaMashiach will return all the nations of the world in repentance.”
