Concealed Methods to the Redemption

Found your recent interview interesting. Always enjoy people who offer thoughts on what will be. However, some of the comments don't add up.
How can Iran attack America and at the same time have Bush leading the world to occupy Israel. This is especially problematic if Iran cooks America goose.
Why would Iran even threaten America before the elections. Any serious threats would help McLean. Iran and all the Arabs prefer Obama, so they wouldn't want to upset the people in America. Bush will not have justification to declare marshal law.
The only way I see Bush maintaining power is if one candidate is killed and the other suffer a catastrophic event. If there was no one able to run for office then he would have to continue in power.
Now I can see a situation in which America gathers the Arabs and the world/UN to attack Iran on the precondition giving the Arabs whatever they want in the ME. So Israel would be occupied and greater Jerusalem would be internationalized.
In this scenario you will have Bush as the White Knight to immediately make 98% of the West Bank and Gaza as the future Palestinian homeland. Jerusalem will be temporarily internationalized, pending future negotiations. The right of return will be turned taken to the UN for further negotiations.
Of course, this will seem workable for a few months, but then the Arabs will demand further concessions. They will start attacking the international forces. And, will carry out attacks in foreign countries.
It isn't clear to me to what extent Iran will be pacified in all of this.

Thank you for your question and I'll try to answer it to the best of my ability, b'h.
Know that this world operates thru logic. Lehavdil, Shamayim "operates" opposite of human logic. What we think is logical and common sense, truth is that it's illogic and erroneous.
One example is most of us have used insect & pest repellent sprays to kill roaches, ants, flies, mosquitoes, etc. In most cases after spraying, the insects dies. If you ever continued observing while the spray smell is still acute, more of the same insect species come to the sprayed area. They cry to HaShem, mourning their parents and loved ones who died. The sprayed area becomes a trap and they also die. But the offspring continue coming even after the smell of the spray fades, crying to HaShem in mourning.
TRUTH: Spraying insect & pest repellent brings more bugs!!!
Another example is most of us, when we hear the word GEHENOM (“hell”), our imagination formulates a vision of fire and wicked souls. Logic says HaShem created Gehenom for the wicked people who strayed from the commandments of the holy Torah.
TRUTH: Gehenom is a blessing in disguise. HaShem created Gehenom with much mercy. If Gehenom was not created, Jews will not fear the Day of Judgment and will not observe HaShem's commandments. Gehenom is the answer for those who wish entrance to Gan Eden. Our Merciful Father created Gehenom to motivate us to avoid seeing Hell. The creation of Gehenom helps us keep the Mitzvot and HaShem's holy Torah. Thus, Gehenom causes us to increase our share in the World to Come.
What we see now is only an illusion - it is Hester Panim. Our mind and logic is too tiny to comprehend the Greatness of our Aba (Father). Your logic tells you that ABC cannot occur cuz DEF is blocking it. But truth is, HaShem chooses "bizzare" schemes and concealed methods to deceive the SM. The Zohar HaKadosh explains it wonderously. The reason HaShem will bring the redemption thru concealed methods is because the SM's goal is to destroy Am Israel. Therefore, HaShem designs His plans to be executed in methods that deceive the SM.
The following are some examples:
* The union of Lot's daughters with their father brought forth Rut, a'h, the great grandmother of Dovid HaMelch, zs'l.
* The union of Tamar, a'h, and her father-in-law, Yehudah, zs'l, brought forth Dovid HaMalech, zs'l.
* Another example is in the time before Purim. It was a very critical time for the Jews and Jewish lives were at stake. Against all logic, Esther HaMalka, a'h, invited the archenemy of the Jews, Haman, to her parties. (Her perplexing actions caused Am Israel to unite and do Teshuva).
* The rape of Dina bat Yaakov, a'h, by Sh'chem ben Chamor, produced Osnat, a'h. In Egypt, Osnat married Yosef HaTzaddik, a'h, and from their union, Moshiach ben Yosef was born.
Have faith in HKB'H and believe that everything HaShem does is only good. May Hashem strengthen and rescue us from all tests. May He send us His Righteous Redeemer, in the merit of our faith in the Creator of all Worlds, and redeem us speedily in our days, Amen.
