The 4th "Sack and Ashes Kinnus" will be b'h Erev Rosh Chodesh Adar II, Thursday, March 6, 2006 at 4 pm at the Kotel.It will be simultaneously in the following 19 cities:
Yerushalayim at the Western Wall, Ofakim, Elad, Ashdod, Beer Sheva, Bet Shemesh, Bnei Brak, Bat Yam, Teveria, Nesher, Netanya, Emannuel, Tzfat, Kiryat Ata, Rechovot, Ramla, Ramat Gan, Ashkelon, and Monsey, NY.

Rabbanim of Israel are urging everyone to participate in the 
Kinnus of Sack and Ashes. We must do real repentance (i.e. crying and praying with sacks and ashes). Everyone should participate in saying confession prayers with sacks and ashes anywhere they are in the world.
It is strongly advisable that each person should make an effort to accept to take upon himself/herself additional Mitzvot (commandments); i.e.: increase Torah-learning, recite Tehillim (Psalms), etc. -- in order to annul the decrees which are hovering over the Jewish People and Eretz Israel.
