Do You Want or Need Moshiach?

The spark of Moshiach is in every generation, it is in every Jew.[+/-] show/hide text

Are we willing to become aware?
Are we willing to become that reliant on HaShem that only His Presence is enough to satisfy our needs and desires?
Are we willing to sacrifice our own self-concept, even our own "holiness" and see and treat every Jew as a Moshiach?
Are we ready to respect every woman as a Shabbat Queen?
Are we even ready to regard every Gentile as a mirror of what we should be?
Are we willing to ask G-d for Moshiach according to His planned purpose, regardless of what we think it is, or should be?

It says that if Moshe Rabbenu a'h, had entered the Holy Land, Moshiach would have had to come. It says, that if Moshe had been allowed to continue praying, his prayer would have brought Moshiach...

Obviously, the lesson here is that even someone who is purified to the point of "seeing the Presence" must accept that they are not the 'controling factor' in God's purpose. Even if a Nasi HaDor has the zechut/merit to actually bring Melech HaMoshiach, God is still the Sovereign King.

Are we to busy using Torah for our purposes, coming up with ways and reasons for our ideas, wants, desires to be justified?
Are we using Torah just to prove how our idea of Moshiach must be the 'right idea' and why everyone else should 'see it our way'?
Is that what the study of Torah for its own sake has become?
What about yirat HaShem (fear of God)?
What about acknowledging that even our idea of Moshiach is something that was given to us by God?

If the coming of Moshiach is the reign of Torat Emet, are we ready for that? Honestly, do we have enough understanding of chesed and gevurah and halacha and pinnimiyus Torah (Torah depth) ... to really want Moshaich?

Or is Moshiach just an escape valve for a unpleasant situation?
Is the matter of Moshiach suppose to be an arguement between belief vs. disbelief?

Seriously, why some Jews don't want Moshiach? Isn't Moshiach for everyone? ...a poretz (gentile landowner) asked a Rabbi, "Rabbi, what if I won't accept your Messiah?" the Rabbi said, "well then, neither will I." The Rabbi was then placed before the Inquisitioner and asked, "why won't you accept the messiah?" The Rabbi responded by saying, "show him to me, so I can ask him when will 'nation not lift their sword against nation..'" The Rabbi was promptly executed, and died saying Shema.

Where is Moshiach is a question like where is God?
The answer is where ever you let Him in, so to belief in Moshaich is not a doctrine that must be proved it is a realization that we are One unique nation among 70 nations created by God to glory in God (not in ourselves, or in our beliefs, nor even in our actions... "not because of your righteousness..." "yet, for My own sake... d'var HaShem...")

May HaShem rectify the innyan of Moshiach and bring the Geulah speedily and with much needed mercy, AMEN.
